The Game Boy game Disney's The Lion King is a side-scrolling platformer released in 1994 where players control Simba through his journey in the film. Players fight enemies by jumping on them as a cub, and later as an adult Simba, using claws and a roar ability with a meter. The game features 10 levels, follows the movie's plot, and includes mini-games, but lacks in-game save features.
